Define your
core values.

A short worksheet to help you find what's actually driving your decisions —
through three signals most leaders never stop to notice.

Values are the invisible drivers
behind how you lead.

They're also the part most of us never stop to name. This worksheet walks you through three emotional signals that reveal what you actually value — often before you can say it out loud:

Joy — your battery.
The activities that leave you energized and in flow. What naturally lights you up.

Purpose — your anchor. The things you do because they're right or necessary, even when they're hard.

Annoyance — your boundaries. The frustration that flashes when a core value is being ignored.

List a few things for each. Look for the themes. Narrow them to the values that feel non-negotiable. That's your compass.

  • A values bank of 60+ sample values, for when you need the right word

Built from the same values work I do with one-on-one and group coaching clients in the
Performance Evolution Framework.
